TERM OF SERVICE

Terms of Service for Art CommissionsBy commissioning art from sylvaine, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your commission request.All commissions require a 50% upfront deposit after the sketch is approved. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the artwork.Payments are made via PayPal or pioneer.Once the initial sketch is approved, no refund is available.Artist Rights: I retain the copyright to all artwork created, including the right to display and showcase the artwork on my social media, portfolio, and for self-promotion purposes unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.Client Rights: You may use the commissioned art for personal purposes (e.g., profile pictures, printing for personal use, etc.). You are not permitted to sell or redistribute the artwork for profit unless we have agreed on commercial usage.Commercial Use: If the artwork is for commercial purposes (e.g., selling products with the art), there is an additional 50% fee added to the base price.Completion Time
The estimated completion time for most commissions is 4-5 weeks. If there is a specific deadline, please notify me in advance. A rush fee may apply for expedited work (2-week turnaround).If there are any delays on my part, I will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated timeline.I provide [insert number of revisions, e.g., "two free revisions"] during the sketch phase. Additional revisions will incur a fee depending on the level of detail required.After the final approval, no further major changes can be made. Minor adjustments may be requested.Commission Process
Once you have filled out the commission form and submitted payment, I will begin working on your piece.I will provide a rough sketch for your approval before continuing. Once approved, I will move on to the coloring and finalizing stages.
